In MARS-TEX our Quality control is performed at various stages of the garment production process.
MARS-TEX QC’s check that seams and/or stitching are neat and strong, and verify that all products are produced to the same size and standard, they check quality and fit from the Development sample, PP meeting, inline and final inspection. MARS-TEX Quality Control Inspectors keep accurate records of products checked, sometimes carrying out a statistical analysis.
3rd party garment inspection definitely plays a major role in securing top-notch quality of our products. It is impossible to produce 100% quality products without inspection.
Inspection helps us prevent mistakes before they happen. Let’s say we still make a minor mistake, inspection helps us realize that and allows us to take the necessary steps to prevent them from happening again in the near future.
The process of delivering a quality product to our customers is divided into two key areas, namely ‘Prevention’ and ‘Control’.
The prevention part is taken care of by our Quality Assurance (QA) team which, under guidance from customers, sets the standards for quality and oversees all elements of pre-production work such as the fitting and styling details. The prevention part is also strengthened by in-house and 3rd party testing labs which make sure that the required testing procedures are undertaken before the production process starts.
