Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring effective communication between the client and internal teams.
Order Processing: Oversee the end-to-end order processing, from order placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all merchandising activities.
Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to monitor the manufacturing process, ensuring that production schedules are adhered to and that quality standards are met.
Cost Negotiation: Negotiate costs with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining high-quality standards.
Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with sales and production teams to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and implement strategies for optimizing production efficiency.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address issues related to production, quality, and timelines. Implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to contribute valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising within the textile or related industry, with a proven track record of successful client management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms with suppliers and optimize costs.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring a team of merchandisers is a plus.
