Mars-Tex, a leading textile company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Controller to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the production cycle to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Inspection and Testing: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Perform quality testing using appropriate methods and equipment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities, including inspection results, testing data, and any non-conformities. Prepare and submit reports as required.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with the production team to implement effective solutions. Contribute to the development of best practices for quality control.
Training and Guidance: Provide guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and standards. Conduct training sessions as needed to enhance overall quality awareness.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and engineering, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., textile engineering, quality management).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control role within the textile or manufacturing industry.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies. Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems related to product quality.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
